Only one year and four months apart in age,

Desiree Ruiz and Denise Ruiz would always jokingly refer to themselves as a package deal; wherever Denise went, Desiree went. Wherever Desiree went, Denise went.

That happens when two inseparable siblings adore each other the way these two did.

 

Denise is a part of Desiree as much as Desiree is a part of Denise. Such is their bond that they considered each other's soulmates, here in Earth, in Heaven, and in the infinite possibilities of existence.
